Requirements

Valid company registration plus licenses and insurance for all chauffeurs and vehicles.
Vehicles must be clean, undamaged, smoke-free, and in full compliance with local regulations.
Companies must keep up-to-date with new standards and policies and ensure excellent quality.

Create a company account for your business
Verify your account
Connect your bank for payouts
Add your TCP or Limousine permit number or licensing livery number for your State
Upload your insurance and driver’s license

Next, we’ll make sure your account is properly set up and will approve it. Once approved, you will be able to add your fleet and drivers. If you don’t see your vehicle type listed, please let us know and we’ll add it. Once everything is ready, you can download the Driver App and start accepting rides.

DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER APP Once you have signed up for a driver account download the driver app and create your driver profile to begin accepting rides. You have to sign up your account and add all drivers before you can login to the driver app.

How long does it take to be approved as a Dark Carz Partner?

Your partner account will be approved within 24 hours

What if I do see my vehicle type?

Send us an email at partners@darkcarz.com to have that vehicle type added.

How many drivers can I add to the platform?

As a partner you can add your entire fleet there is no limit on drivers.

When will I receive my 1099?

1099 will be sent out before the end of January each year.

Can a driver be active on more than one unit?

Yes we are currently working on that update. We understand that the driver may not be in a specialty unit and need to go back to the yard to change cars.
